About Us
Together we can work for justice. Together we can lift each other up. Together we can change our community. Together we can change our country. Together we can change our world. But only TOGETHER.

About B.A.R.
Burque Against Racism (B.A.R.) is committed to fighting systematic racism. B.A.R. was started by two local entrepreneurs who are focused on Albuquerque and its people. B.A.R. is not affiliated with any government entity, it’s a community organization. We believe in lifting up and supporting All Black Lives in Albuquerque.
“It’s up to all of us — Black, white, everyone — no matter how well-meaning we think we might be, to do the honest, uncomfortable work of rooting it out.”
— Michelle Obama
We believe in lifting up and supporting All Black Lives in Albuquerque, and we hope you see the value in this lifestyle, too.
We need your help. A small $50 donation can make a difference now, because the lives of the people we are working to help can’t wait.
Please note: 100% of the proceeds from the sale of merchandise and donations received will be donated back to community organizations that serve Black people.

How we help
Support Albuquerque’s Black Community
ACES Tech Charter School
We have donated $1,000 to ACES Tech Charter School, a STEM-focused public charter school. ACES provides a college readiness curriculum, with emphasis on hands-on activities that build real-world skills. ACES Tech opened in fall 2020 with its first class of 6th-grade students.
From the Principal, Dr. Jeron Campbell, “The ACES Tech team would like to thank the Burque Against Racism (B.A.R.) organization for its generous donation. This gift will support our efforts to provide high quality online instruction to our students during the fall 2020 semester.”
Making a Difference
With Gratitude
We’d like to extend a special thanks to the following businesses and individuals who have donated time and resources to help us with events, communications, and efforts to support our cause to end racism.
